Commemorative Book Project

Kabeyun - Boys Summer Camp - Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire

As part of Kabeyun's celebration of 100 years in operation, we'd like your help commemorating our first century in a book!

We hope this book will be more than just a history of Kabeyun; we want it to capture the experience of being there over the years. This could mean specific traditions (current and past), iconic locations (the snake pit!), or any aspect that loomed large in any era.

Toward that end, we ask you take a few moments to share some memories, photos, or reflections by responding to this Google form. Please answer the questions that resonate the most for you. We'd love to hear about:

  • your favorite activities
  • your enduring friendships
  • memorable plays, trips, camp events and Sunday activities
  • what Kabeyun has meant to you in the past and perhaps how it continues to influence you today
  • anything else about Kabeyun you would like to share

We are also looking for copies or scans of your favorite photos from camp, photos of your friends then and now, letters home, staff letters, KAOS production playbills, and other meaningful memorabilia. Does your parent still cherish your first pottery project? Take a picture and share it!

Looking forward to hearing from you!
