On The Cusp of Spring by Ken Robbins / Monday, March 19, 2012 After a not-so-wintry winter reunion this past weekend, and a forecast for temperatures hitting not just the 60s, or the 70s, but the 80s this week, it's apparent that in a day or so, the calendar will have it right – it'll be spring. There's still ice on the lake, but word has it that the official ice-out will be declared sometime this week or next.
